The Senior Practice Support Project Coordinator will receive a generous total compensation package. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance. As a Senior Practice Support Project Coordinator, you will contribute your expertise to managing the daily project processes within the Practice Support Center (PSC) and functions performed by the PSC staff, including Analysts, Specialists and Technicians. You will assist with providing advanced technical case support and guidance to the PSC staff as well as to the attorneys, paralegals and their clients with regards to electronic discovery, document reviews, productions and trial support. Your responsibilities as a include accomplishing these and other critical functions:
· Managing the daily project operations and ensures the highest quality of project delivery and support. Assisting the PSC staff with active projects and performs quality assurance checks on projects completed by other PSC members.
- Educating PSC members regarding current practice support software and tools, including but not limited to Concordance, CaseLogistix, CaseMap, TimeMap, LiveNote, DealProof, iCONECTnXT, CPI, Relativity, Clearwell, LAW, iPRO.
- Converting, merging and validating data accurately using a variety of tools such as text editors, spreadsheets, batch files, databases and proprietary tools. Detecting and debugging issues with databases and data.
- Serving as the main point-of-contact when escalating technical issues related to practice support databases, corruptions, data manipulation, network issues, scripts, etc.
- Providing high level of support to the PSC staff with regards to case-related database maintenance, uploads, productions, indexing, automation, testing, backups, restores and related issues that may arise.
- Acting as a liaison between the local office Discovery Technology Project Manager (DTPM) and other Practice Support Services (PSS) teams, customers, and vendors to promote communication and to ensure projects are completed within specifications. Provides a seamless and easy transition of work between the DTPM and PSC teams.
- Consulting and assisting attorneys, paralegals and staff when necessary with hardcopy and electronic discovery projects and overall litigation services such as coordinating collections, productions, depositions, and trial presentations.
- Advising and supporting legal teams regarding document reviews including the advantages of vendor hosting versus in-house solutions, as well as the technical support in relation to query
- Working with the Manager to create standards and procedures regarding processing, review and production of documents and electronically stored information (ESI) as well as project workflow, data storage, and quality assurance.
· Assisting PSS staff with the coordination of industry vendors to complete case related projects such as processing and data review. Providing advice regarding the selection of third party vendors to supply litigation services. Managing the effective execution of projects undertaken by vendors.
As a Senior Practice Support Project Coordinator, you will be expected to apply your organizational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude. The successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills (e.g.., organizing, planning, mentoring, troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision-making); the ability to undertake large, long-term projects, develop alternative methods to complete them, and implement solutions; sound understanding of e-discovery law and practice; knowledge of issues arising from foreign languages and character sets, ability to advise on forensic recovery and examination of data and / or ability to advise on preservation, collection and processing of data in USA, EU and Asian countries preferred; excellent knowledge and proficiency in e-discovery (EDD) processing tools, early case assessment and review platforms such as IPRO, Clearwell, LAW, Recommind, etc.; thorough End-User and Administration knowledge of litigation support tools such as Concordance, iCONECT, LiveNote, Sanction, CaseMap, and TimeMap; sound understanding of database technology required, including but not limited to relational and flat file database systems, data types, indexing and queries; the ability to create MS Access databases and / or support SQL 2005 preferred’ thorough knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office; knowledge of and proficiency in the use of batch files and proprietary tools for the management and manipulation of files and data; analytical skills needed to troubleshoot a variety of symptoms, diagnose problems, and test, recommend, and implement solutions to practice support problems; ability to troubleshoot systems, practice support third party software(s) and network error; well developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm.

Responsibilities
· Develop and deliver sales proposals and to respond to RFPs for ediscovery products as required
· Actively generate and prospect new business leads
· Actively participate in the creation of strategies to reach company goals
· Pitch eDiscovery and forensics products and services via in-person meetings and webinars
· Work with existing customers to strengthen relationships
